The employing unit shall not include the "Five Hepatitis B Items" in the medical examination standard when recruiting and hiring, nor shall it require the applicant to provide the "Five Hepatitis B Items" report.

(2) The labor law stipulates that the employment of big sanyang, small sanyang and hepatitis B virus carriers shall not be refused. Besides, the five items of hepatitis B are not tested in the current physical examination.

(3) The new Food Safety Law stipulates that hepatitis B virus carriers can apply for health certificates, but they cannot engage in services such as hairdressing, beauty treatment and medical treatment that may spread diseases through blood.

To put it simply, as long as it is not Article (3), it is generally not a big problem to find a job, because the state prohibits five hepatitis B tests. It should be noted that at present, a large part of the units are checking the liver function, alanine aminotransferase and other related indicators to see the situation of liver function.
