Who is the director of Shanghai Lingang National Laboratory?

20 13, Shanghai ocean university abyss science and technology research center (hereinafter referred to as "abyss center") was established in Lingang. In order to recruit new teams and develop Abyss Technology, its founder, Professor Cui Weicheng, the former first deputy chief designer of "Jiaolong", found Professor Fang who was far away from home.
