If the poisoning is mild, 2 points will be deducted if the number of people is less than three (including three). If the poisoning is serious or the number of people is more than three but less than ten (inclusive), 5 points will be deducted. If the poisoning situation is serious (hospitalization lasts for more than ten days) or the number of people is more than ten but not more than twenty (inclusive), 10 points will be deducted. If the poisoning situation is very serious and the number of people exceeds 20, points will be deducted for the whole year. (The poisoning situation must be confirmed by hospital diagnosis).

4. Job skills training (10 points)

Check at least twice a month, and 2 points will be deducted for each missed inspection.

5. Office and protective equipment management (10 points)

1.) The purchase of protective equipment and labor protection equipment must meet the safety technical requirements of the corresponding safety level, otherwise 2 points will be deducted;

2.) Office supplies should be practical and economical.

Chapter 4, Supplementary Provisions

These detailed rules are mainly used for the calculation and assessment of performance scores of performance appraisal objects at all levels of the company. The remaining measures to deal with the specific issues involved will be implemented together after analysis and decision by the company.
