Can McDonald's and KFC recruit deaf people? Clean or welcome guests!

This service industry is basically impossible.

You see, if it's a welcome (although these two families basically don't welcome it), the deaf-mute can't do it if the guests come in and greet them with a smile first.

If it is cleaning, the bathroom is usually cleaned all the time. Ask clearly before cleaning, especially when cleaning the opposite sex bathroom. Is anybody there? So deaf people can't do it anymore. So similar services are more difficult. You can try other jobs.
