What are the factors that affect the decision-making of recruiters?

In my own opinion, this company does have some problems in selecting and recruiting people.

1. The selected internal staff did not receive the company's professional management retraining, so that the managers from the grassroots did not know what to do, what to do, how to do it, and so on.

2. Why do graduates recruited from outside leave their jobs? This is a problem. Is it the treatment problem or the environmental problem, or the traditional management mode formed within the enterprise can not adapt to these graduates, making them feel unable to achieve their life goals, and so on.

My suggestion: 1. If they are selected from within, they should be given professional management retraining to adapt to their new jobs and make their own contributions to the higher business goals of the company according to their skills at the grassroots level. 2. If you are recruiting from outside, find the reasons from the company itself, and formulate corresponding management measures and systems to attract talents, so that they can realize their own value and promote the company to develop to a higher and better goal, so that the company can achieve a higher level.
