Unit to buy social security for employees

According to Article 4 of the Social Insurance Law:

Employers and individuals within the territory of the People's Republic of China*** and the State shall pay social insurance premiums in accordance with the law, and shall have the right to inquire about the records of payment of premiums and individual rights and interests, and to request the social insurance administrative organizations to provide social insurance consulting and other related services.

So, all kinds of enterprises and institutions under entrepreneurial management should, according to the principle of territorial management, apply for social pension insurance registration at the social insurance agency under the jurisdiction of the place where they pay taxes. Newly established units should lose the registration formalities within one month from the date of approval of the establishment of the unit. The insured units must go through the social insurance procedures for all the personnel (except the employed retirees) with whom they have a de facto labor relationship.

The general idea is that as long as it is a business company, it should pay social security for its employees.
