I quit my job in Qingdao and went to work in Suzhou. Can I transfer five insurances and one gold?

Five insurances and one gold can be transferred, which can be divided into social security transfer and provident fund transfer.

Basic old-age insurance, unemployment insurance and basic medical insurance can be transferred across provinces, while industrial injury insurance and maternity insurance can only be transferred in the city. Please consult the local social security bureau for details.

First, social security transfer process:

1, transfer out insurance payment voucher

Second, the transfer of provident fund

When employees change units, the transfer-out units must go through the transfer-out procedures first, and then the transfer-in units must go through the transfer-in procedures. Transfer the principal and interest of housing provident fund to the newly transferred employee housing provident fund account and continue to pay. When the employee leaves the work unit for some reason and the wage relationship is interrupted, the deposit of the provident fund is interrupted, and the remaining housing provident fund principal and interest remain in the employee housing provident fund account under the name of the original unit, and the employee housing provident fund account number remains unchanged. After the workers return to work, if they pay in the original unit, they will continue to pay the housing provident fund in the original unit. If they change their units, they need to go through the transfer procedures of housing provident fund before they can continue to pay.

To handle the housing provident fund transfer business, the applicant needs to apply and bring the Notice of Housing Provident Fund Transfer stamped by the unit (in triplicate) and the original ID card of the unit manager. If the materials are incomplete, fill in the Notice of Supplementary Materials and submit it to the applicant. (2) Please indicate the name of the receiving unit, unit housing provident fund registration number, employee individual housing provident fund account and affix the official seal of the unit on the Notice of Housing Provident Fund Transfer; If the employee's personal account is transferred from the centralized sealed household, the official seal of the unit is not required on the notice of housing provident fund transfer.

(3) If the employee entrusts others to handle the transfer formalities, the original and photocopy of the power of attorney and the agent's ID card notarized by the notary office shall be provided.
