Matters needing attention

In any of the following circumstances, the application for an off-site ID card is not accepted, and the applicant needs to go back to the public security organ where the household registration is located:

1. Apply for the second-generation ID card for the first time, or the second-generation ID card has expired for more than three months and needs to be renewed without justifiable reasons;

2. The identity information submitted by the applicant is inconsistent with the registration in the population information management system, or the historical images of the second-generation resident ID card in the population information system are quite different, so the accuracy of the original image information cannot be determined;

3. The appearance characteristics have changed greatly, and the image of my second-generation resident ID card in the population information system, the photo of the "Digital Photo Collection and Detection Receipt of Resident ID Card" in this city, and the on-site portrait are inconsistent, and the fingerprint information of the resident ID card is not registered, so it is difficult to confirm the ID card;

4. The applicant's household registration is locked, frozen or restricted by this Municipality, or he is an escaped person or has a bad credit record;
