(2) 7 working days after receiving the new card, the card host will receive the new card at the original handling point with the original card replacement certificate and ID card. The original card with expired or basic identity information changed shall be returned to the business processing point by the card owner and finally remitted to the social security card center service outlets for unified destruction.
