The working hours of the medical insurance center are from Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm: 9:00am to 12:00pm; 14:00pm to 17:00pm. The collection department of the medical insurance organization accepts the "Declaration Form for Changing the Contribution Base of Medical Insurance" filled in by the insured units and requests the following information:

1. Payroll details;

2. Detailed list of additions and deletions of the participants in the medical insurance;

3. Other information stipulated by the medical insurance organization.

Contribution Approval:

1. The collection department of the health insurance organization examines and approves the contribution declaration form and related information filled in by the insured unit. After passing the examination and approval, the procedures for the approval or increase or decrease of participants will be carried out;

2. The collection department of the health insurance organization will record the time of enrollment, current contribution salary and other information for the new participants in a timely manner according to the declaration and approval of the contributions. The collection department of the health insurance organization approves the current contribution base according to the declaration of the insured unit;

3. The collection department of the health insurance organization calculates the amount to be paid according to the approved current contribution base and contribution rate of the insured unit, and prints out the "Notice of Medical Insurance Payment" to give back to the declaring unit, and collects the payment based on this.
