Inter-provincial transfer of Beijing endowment insurance

Endowment insurance can be transferred. Go to my hometown Yuxian Social Security Bureau, open an admission notice, and take the bank and account number of Yuxian Social Security Bureau to Beijing for transfer.

Medical insurance cannot be transferred. I wonder if Beijing can surrender. Withdraw money from a personal account.
