1. The children of non-deep households need to meet the following requirements to participate in the first social insurance file in Shenzhen: one parent must be a social insurance participant in Shenzhen and have paid social insurance in Shenzhen for more than 1 year.

2. Non-household children must receive general higher education in full-time ordinary colleges and universities (including private schools) or scientific research institutes in Shenzhen, and study in Shenzhen for more than 1 year.

3. Non-household children must live in Shenzhen for more than 1 year, and one parent must pay social insurance in Shenzhen for more than 1 year.
