Social security compensation standard for work-related injuries

Legal analysis: If an employee dies in the line of duty, the funeral subsidy is the average salary of the employee for six months in the previous year, and the pension for dependent relatives belongs to the spouse according to 40% of his salary, and the other 30%. The specific scope of supporting relatives shall be stipulated by the administrative department of social insurance of the State Council.

If a disabled employee dies at work during the period of paid suspension, his close relatives shall enjoy the treatment stipulated in the first paragraph of this article.

If a disabled worker of Grade 1 to Grade 4 dies after the expiration of his unpaid leave, his close relatives may enjoy the treatment specified in Items (1) and (2) of the first paragraph of this article.

Fifty-third employees should participate in maternity insurance, the employer should pay maternity insurance premiums in accordance with state regulations, and employees do not pay maternity insurance premiums.
