After hearing the case, the court held that Guo Gang's request for the school to make up the pension insurance premiums for the period of his work at the school was in line with the relevant laws and policies, and ruled that the school should make up the pension insurance premiums for Guo for more than seven years as stipulated in the regulations; and rejected Guo's other litigation requests. During Guo's appeal, the school reached an agreement with him to pay compensation for his resignation, and Guo withdrew his appeal.
