Social security card replacement process:

After filling out the application form, the staff of the social security card service outlets will handle it. At this time, the staff will issue a card certificate.

3. Get a new card. /kloc-after 0/5 working days, the replacement card holder will get a new card at the social security card service outlet with his ID card and card certificate.
