Which district of Fushun is your household registration? For example, if it is Dongzhou District, go to Dongzhou District for social security, and if it is Xinfu District, go to Xinfu District for social security.

If your endowment insurance is paid by the company, go to the labor bureau of the company and ask them to make a transfer statement, then go back to Fushun to make a receipt certificate and send it back to Dalian.
