Recently, many cities, counties and provincial units have called and written to inquire about the retirement age of female employees in public institutions. In order to further promote the transformation of personnel management in public institutions from identity management to post management, the following opinions are put forward on the retirement age of female employees in public institutions:

If a female worker who is employed by a local worker in a professional technical or management position is still employed in the above-mentioned position at the age of 50 and has been employed for 5 years, the employing unit shall solicit my opinions in advance, go through the retirement formalities according to my choice of 50 or 55, and enjoy the corresponding retirement benefits.
