"Five insurances" refers to five kinds of insurance, including endowment insurance, medical insurance, unemployment insurance, industrial injury insurance and maternity insurance; "One gold" refers to the housing accumulation fund. Among them, old-age insurance, medical insurance and unemployment insurance are premiums paid by enterprises and individuals, while industrial injury insurance and maternity insurance are entirely borne by enterprises, and individuals do not need to pay them.

Five insurances are equivalent to one insurance, and one gold means that you can use the provident fund to buy a house, and the interest rate is lower than that of commercial bank loans. So five insurances and one gold are very important.

1. Housing accumulation fund can be withdrawn. Provident fund withdrawal means that the depositor goes to the provident fund withdrawal department to go through the withdrawal procedures according to the requirements of provident fund withdrawal, and transfers the amount of the provident fund account to the personal account. Provident fund withdrawal is divided into three types: agreed withdrawal, partial withdrawal and cancellation withdrawal.

(eleven) the employee himself, his spouse, parents and children suffer from special diseases stipulated by the Labor and Social Security Department of Fujian Province (see the "departmental documents" column of the website of the Provident Fund Center for details), which causes serious difficulties in family life.

In accordance with the provisions of items (2), (3) and (4) of the preceding paragraph, the employee housing provident fund account shall be cancelled at the same time. If an employee dies or is declared dead, the employee's heirs and legatees may withdraw the storage balance in the employee's housing provident fund account; If there is no heir or legatee, the storage balance in the employee housing provident fund account shall be included in the value-added income of the housing provident fund.

Four, workers withdraw the balance of the housing provident fund account, the unit shall verify, and issue a certificate of extraction. Workers apply to the housing provident fund management center for withdrawal of housing provident fund with the withdrawal certificate. The housing provident fund management center shall, within 3 days from the date of accepting the application, make a decision on whether to approve or disapprove the withdrawal, and notify the applicant; If the withdrawal is approved, the entrusted bank shall go through the payment procedures.
