The insured person in the area where cash withdrawal is not allowed can also be taken out if the following circumstances occur:

(2) Exit of the insured: the business of withdrawing the balance of the account with the exit certificate and other materials;

Note: in the case of migrant workers' transfer, the balance of medical insurance card can only be transferred, but not withdrawn.

After the medical insurance card at this stage is degaussed and lost, the social security card will be replaced directly according to the regulations. The specific process is as follows:
