The process of personal registration for social security in different places: (1) Individual applicants hold their ID card, household registration book and its photocopy, residence certificate issued by the community, and two recent one-inch bareheaded color photos (non-local household registration personnel should also provide their residence permit and its photocopy), fill in the Registration Form for Individuals Participating in Basic Old-age Insurance for Enterprise Employees in xx City, and apply for insurance at the employment agencies and talent exchange centers in the districts and counties where they register or live. (2) If the public employment agency accepts the insured demand of the audited flexible employees, the public employment agency or talent exchange center shall establish the insured file for the applicant. (III) After the agency handles the insurance registration and filing, the public employment agency or the talent exchange center applies to the endowment insurance agency for handling the insurance formalities, and the agency shall timely handle the insurance registration for the applicant and establish a personal account. Article 10 of the Social Insurance Law, employees shall participate in the basic old-age insurance, and the employer and employees shall jointly pay the basic old-age insurance premium.
