If you did not successfully apply for a social security card at the time of your new enrollment in the Beijing Social Security, and you have not received a card to date, a query on the social security website will show that you need to make a second information collection. Submit the social security information registration form, a copy of your ID card, and a 1-inch photo with a white background to the social security office.
