Newborns Social Security Binding Parents

Only children who have applied for pediatric health insurance can be bound to their parents' health insurance. Non-working residents of the city who are under 18 years of age, non-city children and teenagers who are enrolled in the city's primary and secondary schools and childcare institutions and one of whose parents is participating in the city's social insurance for more than one year can participate in the second-tier health insurance. Students and young children are required to apply to the municipal social insurance organization for enrollment in September of each year by their schools, research institutes or child-care facilities, and pay the basic medical insurance premiums for the period from September of the current year to August of the following year in one lump sum. Non-working residents of the city who are under 18 years of age shall apply for enrollment to the street office of their household registration.
