First, you can check the local social security office, or online through 12333, you can check the details of the old-age insurance (whether paid by individuals or paid by the company for individuals):

1, if you can't find it, you can ask whether your company has paid social security for the parties (theoretically, you should have paid it, and you can't participate in medical insurance without participating in endowment insurance);

2, or let the staff of the social security office check whether the social security card of the client has been degaussed (theoretically impossible, pension and medical care are reflected in the social security card). If yes, you need to re-apply for a social security card;

3. If all the above are excluded, we can only check it another day or in another way, or ask the staff if there are any mistakes in the operation steps.
