In the Personal Information Registration Form, there is a form with a copy of the A4 paper of the ID card (only one portrait needs to be copied), and the copy of the ID card is not stamped;

The other Personal Information Registration Form does not need to affix a copy of the ID card on the back, and the A4 paper copy of the ID card (portrait face) is stamped with the official seal.

3. Print out two "personnel increase forms" in the "business report inquiry" of the online declaration system, and affix the official seal.

4. Take the above materials, unit social security registration certificate, unit official seal and the number printed by the numbering system to the social security sub-center.

I'll give you the temporary paper social security card of the newly-added personnel immediately, which is stamped with the steel seal of the social security center.
