The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

The first is to adjust the scope and time of basic pension payment.

Enterprise retirees (employees) who have gone through retirement procedures before June 5438+February 3 1 2020 (including "May 7th family workers" who have been included in the basic old-age insurance, excluding retired old workers who joined the army before the founding of the People's Republic of China within the scope stipulated in Labor Insurance [1983]3), since June 5420.

Second, the adjustment methods and standards

(a) retired (post) personnel meet the payment period stipulated by the state and the province (including deemed payment period, excluding the conversion period of special jobs), and the 2 yuan will be increased per person per month for every full 1 year (less than 1 year, the same below).

(two) retired (post) personnel meet the following conditions, and then increase the basic pension according to the following standards:

1, retired old workers who participated in revolutionary work before the founding of the People's Republic of China and met the requirements of Labor Insurance [1983] No.3 will be increased by 125 yuan per person per month.

(5) After the retired scientific and technical personnel who held senior professional and technical posts (including senior technicians) increased the basic pension according to the above conditions before retirement, if the sum of the basic pension in the overall planning project and the pension outside the overall planning project is lower than the retirement expenses of the same personnel in the local institutions at the same time, the increase in the basic pension will be the upper limit to make up the difference and serve as all senior professional and technical posts (including senior technicians). The maximum increase of 450 yuan per person per month, and the maximum increase of 400 yuan per person per month as deputy senior professional and technical positions (including senior technicians). If the difference is within 450 yuan and 400 yuan, the basic pension will be increased according to the actual difference; If the sum of the basic pension in the overall planning project and the pension outside the overall planning project I receive every month reaches or exceeds the amount of retirement expenses of the same personnel in the same period in local institutions, it will no longer be tilted.
