Is there a time limit for changing jobs and social security?

There is no time limit for handling social security transfer. Usually, as long as you can handle the transfer and renewal before retirement. If it is because of job transfer, it is suggested to handle social security transfer as soon as possible, which is also convenient for handling social security in the new work unit.

Article 58 of the Social Insurance Law stipulates that the employer shall, within 30 days from the date of employment, apply to the social insurance agency for social insurance registration for employees.
