First, the household registration conditions.
Applicants and their family members must have urban hukou in Xiamen, and at least one family member has settled in Xiamen for 3 years. Those who buy commercial housing can no longer apply for affordable housing. In principle, residents outside the island buy or lease, and encourage residents on the island to buy or lease affordable housing outside the island.
B. Income and household assets.
Applicant's family must be a low-income family. In 2006, the annual income limit of low-income families in our city was: 50,000 yuan for families with three or less people, 60,000 yuan for families with four or five people, and 70,000 yuan for families with more than five people. Family assets mainly include real estate, cars, securities, investments (including stocks), deposits (including cash and loans) and so on. The family asset control standard for applying for renting social security rental housing is less than 4 times the upper income limit of low-and middle-income families, and the family asset control standard for applying for purchasing social security commercial housing is less than 6 times the upper income limit of low-and middle-income families. For a family of three, for example, the family assets for renting a house must be less than 200,000, and the family assets for buying a house must be less than 200,000.
C. Housing conditions.
The applicant's family must be a household without housing or a household with housing difficulties. This year's application condition for affordable housing is that the per capita construction area is below 12 square meter.
Application process
The applicant applies to the neighborhood Committee, and the neighborhood Committee will summarize it to the local street office after the preliminary examination. After being audited and publicized by the subdistrict office and the District Civil Affairs Bureau (the neighborhood committee where the household registration is located and the neighborhood committee where the actual household registration is located), it shall be reported to Xiamen Construction Management Bureau or Xiamen Municipal Bureau of Land and Real Estate for approval, and the relevant formalities shall be handled after it meets the requirements after being audited and publicized (through the media such as internet and newspapers).
When applying for renting social security rental housing, the waiting distribution system is mainly implemented. When the applicant submits the application, the neighborhood committee will issue the waiting number to the applicant through the unified network platform in Xiamen. For eligible tenants, the public housing center will conduct interviews according to the waiting order, and the applicant can choose the house three times. If you are not satisfied with the house selection three times, you need to apply for waiting again. Apply for the purchase of social security commodity housing to implement the combination of waiting and scoring, but eligible applicants can be placed directly after waiting for more than 3 years.
