How to pay social security in Beijing?

There are two ways to interrupt social security in Beijing:

1, which can be paid. The on-the-job labor contract has been signed, but the unit failed to pay social security in time, which led to the interruption of social security. According to the relevant regulations of Beijing, if the employer fails to pay the due social insurance premium, it may ask the employer to submit relevant materials to pay it back after confirmation. However, in the process of handling, it belongs to "personal reasons of employees" and cannot pass supplementary examination and approval;

2. If employees pay social security in their own names during the period of social flexible employment, Beijing employees can only pay pension insurance, unemployment insurance and medical insurance. Non-Beijing employees can't repay their own money in Beijing, so they need to establish labor relations with their units as soon as possible or pay social security at their domicile to ensure adequate protection in the future.

Materials required for social security payment

1, a copy of the business license of the company;

2. Application Form for Payment of Basic Endowment Insurance in Beijing;

3. List of social insurance payment in Beijing (Table 4) (report with official seal in triplicate);

4, the basic medical insurance fund repayment form (schedule 10) (report in triplicate and stamped with the official seal);

5. "Beijing Social Insurance Information System Enterprise Management Subsystem" provides a USB flash drive to generate data files;

6. Original wage payment voucher;

7. Original labor contract.

The state establishes social insurance systems such as basic old-age insurance, basic medical insurance, industrial injury insurance, unemployment insurance and maternity insurance, so as to guarantee citizens' right to receive material assistance from the state and society in accordance with the law when they are old, sick, injured, unemployed and have children.
