Social security base refers to the payment base of basic old-age insurance, basic medical insurance, maternity insurance, industrial injury insurance and unemployment insurance for employees in Huizhou.

According to the Notice on Issues Concerning the Publication of the Average Monthly Wage of Employees in Full-caliber Urban Units in 2022 and the Upper and Lower Limits of the Basic Old-age Insurance Payment Base for Employees in 2023 and related regulations, since July 1 day, 2023, the collection rates and payment bases of various social insurances in Huizhou are implemented as follows:

1. Old-age insurance: the upper limit of individual contribution base is 24,930 yuan, and the lower limit is 3,800 yuan.

2. Medical insurance: the upper limit of individual contribution base is 24,930 yuan, and the lower limit is 5,626 yuan.

3. Unemployment insurance: the upper limit of individual contribution base is 24,930 yuan, and the lower limit is 3,800 yuan.

4. Work-related injury insurance: the individual payment base shall be implemented according to the original regulations.
