How to check the balance of Citizen Card money

1, open a computer or cell phone browser, enter the Citizen Card official website, and then click on the home page in the upper left corner of the personal user login button, enter the login page, enter your Citizen Card account number and password, click on the login, enter the personal center, select the "Card Account Balance Query", you can view your Citizen Card balance.

You can also open the Alipay APP, click on the "City Services" button in the upper right corner of the home page, find and click on the "Social Security" option on the City Services page, and then enter the Social Security page and select "Social Security Card Balance Inquiry". After entering the social security page, select "social security card balance inquiry", follow the prompts, confirm the authorization, you can view the balance of the citizen card.
