What does it mean to open an account by appointment with a medical insurance card?

Legal analysis: Pre-opening an account means that your social security card has not been successfully opened. According to Article 58 of the Social Insurance Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the state establishes a national unified individual social security number. Personal social security number is a citizen's identity number. Redeem a new social security card: 7 working days after the card replacement procedure, the card host will collect the new card with the original card replacement certificate and ID card at the original processing point.
