First, how to deal with serious illness retirement?

If you are seriously ill and want to retire early, you need to open a hospital diagnosis certificate.

Hospitals at or above the county level designated by the municipal labor and social security department are responsible for medical diagnosis and issue certificates.

Note: All certificates issued by non-designated hospitals are invalid. The Municipal Labor Appraisal Committee is responsible for regularly reviewing the diagnosis certificates issued by designated hospitals and making appraisal conclusions. The appraisal standard for employees who are totally incapacitated due to illness or non-work-related disability shall be temporarily implemented according to Appraisal of Disability Degree of Employees with Industrial Injury and Occupational Disease (GB/T16180-1996) (1~ 4).

If you want to retire early, you must pay social security 15 years first, which is the premise, otherwise you will not get the pension after completing the formalities.

Units and individuals can apply, and whoever applies will pay the appraisal fee in 350 yuan. The application form is collected at the street community affairs acceptance service center, and a notice of payment will be sent to you about two weeks after filling it out, and then a notice will be sent to you after paying in the bank. After receiving the notice, go to the appraisal on time. If the appraisal result is complete loss or most of the working ability, you can go through the formalities of early retirement.

Pension plan and payment method Basic pension = (the average monthly salary of employees in the province in the previous year × the average monthly payment salary of myself) ÷2× payment period (including deemed payment period) × 1%. Personal account pension = personal account storage amount ÷A, B, and above, the number of months for calculating personal account pension is the monthly payment. The basic pension is adjusted in July every year according to the unified plan announced by the whole province.
