Is it continuous to repay the provident fund in the second month?

If the supplementary provident fund is paid within 3 months, it shall be regarded as continuous payment by users. If the overdue payment occurs outside 3 months, it cannot be regarded as continuous payment. Only when the provident fund is paid continuously can you apply for a provident fund loan. If it is interrupted, as long as it is paid in time, it can be regarded as continuous payment. Therefore, whether the provident fund is paid continuously depends mainly on the time of payment.

Whether the provident fund payment is continuous or not should be judged according to the specific situation.

1. The applicant's housing provident fund account shall be in a normal deposit state and shall not be in arrears. If you apply for a loan after the 20th day of the month and fail to pay the housing provident fund of last month, it will be deemed as unpaid.

2. Within 12 months of applying for a loan, the applicant shall make a continuous normal deposit for 12 months.

3. If the unit fails to pay the housing provident fund as a whole and meets the following two conditions at the same time, it will be regarded as normal payment: first, it will pay the housing provident fund in one lump sum within 3 months (including 3 months), and second, it will pay within 3 months (including 3 months) from the second month of the first default month; Units that do not meet the above conditions fail to pay within the time limit, and non-units fail to pay within the time limit as a whole, which is regarded as abnormal payment. If the company makes a one-time payment for more than 3 months, or the payment behavior has occurred for more than 3 months since the second month of the first default month, the applicant must make a normal continuous deposit of 12 months before applying for a loan.

Payment procedure:

1. The social security handling personnel should carry the agency guarantee, official seal, check or cash.

2. Fill in the application form and affix the official seal of the unit.

3. The payment fee is calculated by the social security payment window and paid by cheque or cash on the spot.

4. There is no time limit for overdue payment, but the overdue payment in the current month is charged according to the social security payment of the normal unit. If the payment is overdue for the next month, a late payment fee of 5/10000 will be charged on a daily basis from the date of default.

Payment is continuous deposit. The overdue housing provident fund can be regarded as continuous deposit in full and on time, because the overdue situation is also a housing provident fund loan.

Legal basis:

"Regulations on the Administration of Housing Provident Fund" Article 19 The housing provident fund paid by individual employees shall be withheld and remitted from their wages by their units. The unit shall, within 5 days from the date of monthly payment of wages to employees, deposit the unit amount. The housing provident fund remitted for employees shall be remitted to the housing provident fund account and transferred to the employee housing provident fund account by the entrusted bank. The unit shall pay the housing provident fund in full and on time, and shall not pay it overdue or underpaid.
