Wuzhishan, Baoting, Qiongzhong and Baisha four central core cities cannot be sold to non-Hainan household registration personnel.

Haikou, Sanya and Qionghai, non-Hainan household registration personnel in three cities and regions need to pay 60 Hainan social security or individual tax every month.

Non-Hainan household registration personnel are required to pay social security or individual tax for two years in Hainan Province except for the areas where the above seven cities have implemented purchase restrictions.

Commercial applicable population

Pay social security: there is no social security payment in other areas, or you can stop insurance in other areas and transfer to Hainan.

Pay taxes: When you reach the statutory retirement age or enjoy retirement benefits, you cannot stop participating in social insurance in other regions.
