According to Wang's account, he set up a server backstage privately on 202 1 10, made a medical insurance fraud website, and sent fraudulent short messages to China through overseas telecom fraud gangs to commit fraud. According to Wang's confession, the police also arrested another suspect Zhu in Shanghai. When the police extracted the background data of fraudulent websites, they found that there were more than 300 victims and the funds defrauded amounted to more than one million yuan.
