Social security face recognition stopped running and IE browser crashed.

Just did this certification. First of all, you need an IE browser, and nothing else works. IE browser involves the issue of version compatibility.

My system is Windows 10 Enterprise Edition, namely 1 1.

At first, you didn't even see the login interface. The regular server is not responding. This should be a website problem.

Try again another time and you can log in. But when it comes to face recognition, the web page always crashes and then reloads automatically.

I tried many methods and finally succeeded.

Enter the authentication page normally, and click "Tools" menu → "Compatible View Settings" in IE browser (the menu bar is invisible, please press Alt).

Click the Add button to add the current IP address to the list of compatible views, and then click the Close button.

Press Ctrl+F 12 to open the "F 12 Developer Tools" interface, and click the right menu item "Simulation" (if it is folded, you can click to expand it into a downward triangle).

Set the document mode to "10" and the user agent string to "Internet Explorer 10".

Return to the authentication page and click Start Authentication.

Follow the voice prompts for authentication. When identifying, the light source should be moderate and the face can be seen clearly. You can't get your face out of the box during the process. Turn your head, bow your head, and look up in the same place, not too slow. Authentication detects two actions in succession, and each action should be reset before it is completed. For example, when asked to "look up" and "turn left", turn your head back and turn left. You can't look up and turn left, otherwise the detection will fail. If each step passes, the detection box will remain green. But the second step, whether it is passed or not, is always red. If you see the text prompt to upload the database, congratulations, it will be successful soon. Once it matches the photo face in the database, the whole authentication process ends successfully.
