What if I want to quit the cooperative now?

Legal analysis: if a member wants to quit the cooperative, he must submit a written application to the chairman of the cooperative three months before the end of the fiscal year before he can go through the formalities of quitting the cooperative. The membership of retired members shall be terminated at the end of the financial year. If the membership is terminated, the losses and debts of the cooperative before the termination shall be shared. Within 30 days after the final accounts of the fiscal year, the share of capital contribution and provident fund in the members' accounts shall be returned. If a cooperative has operating surplus, it shall return the corresponding surplus income according to the capital share invested in the cooperative, and if there is operating loss, its loss share shall be deducted.

Article 58 An employing unit shall, within 30 days from the date of employment, apply to the social insurance agency for social insurance registration for its employees. If the social insurance has not been registered, the social insurance agency shall verify the social insurance premium it should pay.

Employees-free individual industrial and commercial households who voluntarily participate in social insurance, part-time employees who do not participate in social insurance in the employing unit and other flexible employees shall apply to the social insurance agency for social insurance registration.

The state establishes a national unified personal social security number. Personal social security number is a citizen's identity number.
