Referral conditions outside the city: If the insured person of comprehensive medical insurance or inpatient medical insurance who meets the referral conditions outside the city applies for transfer to a medical institution outside the city, the referral procedures shall be handled according to the following procedures:

1. Attending doctors admitted to tertiary hospitals or municipal specialized hospitals in this city shall provide medical record summaries and put forward reasons for referral;

2 by the attending doctor to fill in two copies of the "Shenzhen social medical insurance referral audit application form";

3. Turn out the director of the hospital department to sign an opinion, submit it to the Medical Department or the Medical Insurance Office for review and affix the official seal of the hospital. Diseases that belong to the self-examination and approval of designated medical institutions can be transferred to medical institutions outside the city for diagnosis and treatment; Diseases approved by the municipal social security institutions can be transferred to medical institutions outside the city for diagnosis and treatment after approval.

The medical institution that accepts the referral shall be a non-profit medical institution at or above the same level as the transferred medical institution.
