Social security card activation methods are:

1. The insured person carries his/her valid ID card and social security card and goes to the bank where the local social security card belongs to activate the social security card;

2. When carrying a social security card to a designated medical insurance hospital for medical treatment, you can activate the social security card by using the social security card to pay for reimbursement;

3. Take the social security card to the designated pharmacy to buy medicine, and you can activate the social security card when paying.

According to the needs of the work, with the approval of the local social insurance administrative department and the organization management organ, the social insurance agency may set up branches and service outlets in this overall planning area.

The personnel expenses of social insurance agencies and the basic operating expenses and management expenses incurred in handling social insurance shall be guaranteed by the finance at the same level in accordance with state regulations.
