The social security bought by Zhouzhi does not belong to Xi 'an, because Xi 'an's household registration does not include zhouzhi county for the time being.

According to Xi's current household registration access policy, "the urban area of this city" refers to the new urban area, beilin district, Lianhu District, Yanta District, weiyang district, Baqiao District, Lintong District, yanliang district, Chang 'an District and Gaoling District except Zhouzhi, Huxian County and Lantian County. If the household registration of residents in three counties moves into the urban area, it shall be handled in accordance with Xi's current household registration access policy.
