Insured persons who have reached the age of 60, paid a total of 15 and have not received the basic old-age insurance benefits stipulated by the state can receive the basic old-age insurance benefits for urban and rural residents on a monthly basis. Basic old-age insurance benefits include basic pension and personal account pension, which are paid monthly and paid for life.
