One, first apply for work injury recognition. Recognition of work injury is a condition for enjoying work injury treatment. If the unit or individual applying for appraisal is not satisfied with the appraisal (confirmation) conclusion of the Labor Capacity Appraisal Committee, he/she may, within 15 days from the date of receipt of the appraisal (confirmation) conclusion, apply for re-appraisal (confirmation) to the Labor Capacity Appraisal Committee of the next higher level, submitting the appraisal conclusion of the Labor Capacity Appraisal Committee and the relevant materials. After 1 year from the date of the conclusion of the appraisal of labor capacity, if the injured employee or his/her immediate family members, the employer or the agency considers that the disability situation has changed, he/she can apply for re-appraisal to the Labor Capacity Appraisal Committee in charge of the first appraisal.
