Shenzhen Anjufang Application Conditions Social Security

Legal analysis: the applicant needs to participate in Shenzhen social insurance for more than 5 years; Leading talents, newly introduced senior talents (Hezigao introduced after May 20 10) and middle and junior talents (undergraduate and above) who have participated in Shenzhen social insurance for more than 3 years. The applicant and the co-applicant belong to the object of pension and preferential treatment recognized by the civil affairs department, or the disabled identified by the Disabled Persons' Federation are not subject to social security restrictions.

Individuals enjoy social insurance benefits according to law and have the right to supervise the payment of their own units.

Fifth people's governments at or above the county level shall incorporate social insurance into the national economic and social development plan.
