1. According to the insured's situation, the insured unit enters the information of new insured employees through the "new insured declaration" module in the "declaration business management".
2. After the insured unit submits the new employee insurance business through the online application system, it can query whether the employee's medical and four insurances have been successfully imported and whether they meet the new insurance conditions through the "declaration information status query" module in "Query Management".
3. After the new insurance business, medical care and four insurances submitted by the insured units have been successfully imported, print the personal information registration form of Beijing social insurance in triplicate from the "business report query" and affix the official seal, select "business type" as "new insurance" in the "list of Beijing social insurance insured persons" and print out the "list of Beijing social insurance insured persons" (in duplicate with the official seal).
Relevant materials include:
(1) Two recent 1 inch bareheaded color photos (the specific requirements for photos are as follows: ① Meet the requirements for photos of the second-generation resident ID card, and the photos must be clear; (2) The photos must be taken and developed by a regular photo studio (department), and can't be scanned and developed, and can't be retouched manually. The surface of photographic paper is smooth and free of lines; (3) It should be a recent bareheaded, front, shoulder, white background and standard color 1 inch photo. Don't write your name and ID number on the back of the photo to avoid bumping; ⑥ Photo size: 26mm (width) ×32mm (height), the head is not too big, and the face is wide (between ears)151mm; );
(2) Two copies of the second-generation ID card, provided by urban, rural and non-urban rural personnel in this city (if the insured still holds the first-generation ID card, copies of the personal page and change page of the household registration book are also required). Other urban workers shall provide 2 copies of ID cards and 0 copies of household registration book (including home page and personal page).
Requirements for copying documents:
(1) The Resident Identity Card needs to be copied on a piece of A4 paper, horizontally placed in the center and vertically placed on A4 paper; (as shown in figure 1)
(2) The household registration book needs to copy the home page and the personal page on a piece of A4 paper, horizontally centered and vertically copied on A4 paper; (as shown in figure 2)
(3) If there is any change in the personal page of the household registration book, it is necessary to copy the personal page and the changed page on A4 paper, horizontally in the center and vertically on A4 paper. (as shown in figure 3)

4. If the insured unit operates the new insurance for five-insurance employees through the online declaration system, when applying for online business posts, it can only go through the examination procedures for four-insurance new insurance after successfully completing the examination procedures for medical insurance new insurance. If the submitted information is inconsistent with the submitted materials, the review fails, and the business needs to be resubmitted through the online declaration system.
5. Insured units shall keep the approved Beijing Social Insurance Personal Information Registration Form and Beijing Social Insurance Insured Personnel Increase Form together with other relevant materials for future reference.
Special instructions:
1. Those who meet the requirements for new enrollment were successfully imported in the current month, and did not go to the headquarters of Haidian Social Security Center, Shangdi Work Department and Wanshou Road Work Department for new enrollment before 25th of the current month, or failed the audit, no new employees will be added in the current month.
2. The declared payment wage base shall not be lower than the minimum wage standard of this Municipality.
(ii) Transfer of the insured.
1. According to the introduction of the insured, the insured company enters the information of the transferred-in employees through the module of "declaring the increase of transferred-in personnel" in "reporting business management".
2. After the insured unit submits the general worker increase business through the online declaration system, it can query whether the employee's medical and four insurances have been successfully imported through the "declaration information status query" module in "Query Management". After the feedback personnel are successfully transferred, the insured unit does not need to go to the online business post to go through the audit procedures of the transferred personnel, but only needs to select "Ordinary Increase" from the "Business Type" of the "Beijing Social Insurance Insured Personnel Increase Table" in the "Business Report Query" and print out the "Beijing Social Insurance Insured Personnel Increase Table" for the unit to keep for future reference.
3. For urban and rural workers who do not have a card or social security card, after successful medical insurance recruitment, the insured unit must also bring the signed Beijing social insurance personal information registration form, photos and a copy of the ID card (in duplicate) to Haidian Social Security Center headquarters or Shangdi Work Department and Wanshou Road Work Department to apply for the card certificate online.
Special instructions:
1. For urban and rural workers who have no card or social security card between May and 25th of each month, after the medical insurance card is successfully reissued, the insured unit must also bring the signed Beijing Social Insurance Personal Information Registration Form, photos and a copy of the ID card (in duplicate) to the headquarters of Haidian Social Security Center or the online business posts of Shangdi Work Department and Wanshou Road Work Department to collect the card card certificate.
2. The declared payment wage base shall not be lower than the minimum wage standard of this Municipality.
3. The online application system cannot handle the recruitment business under special circumstances, such as: medical transfer, four new insurances; Or medical care should be based on new insurance and the four risks should be transferred. After the declaration is completed, you can query whether the declaration of employee medical insurance four insurances has been successfully imported through the "Query Information Status Query" module in the query management. The reason for the decrease is that if employees are transferred to other (local) areas, after the online declaration system feeds back the success of the employee transfer, the insured unit does not need to go to the online declaration business post to go through the audit procedures for the transferred employees. It should be noted here that the "batch reduction" module shows the list of employees of the insured units as of the end of last month. If you want to reduce the business of the insured employees in the current month, you can only operate through the "Common Staff Reduction" module.

The insured unit can change the unit information through the online declaration system, including:

2. After the insurance company submits the business, it can query the feedback results through the "Information Status Query" module in the "Query Management" of the online newspaper system. After the feedback of the company information change is successful, the insured company does not need to go to the online business post to go through the company information change review procedures, but only needs to print out the "Beijing Social Insurance Company Information Change Registration Form" from the "Business Report Query" and keep it for future reference.
3. In addition to the above-mentioned change information, if other information is changed, it is still necessary to go through the change procedures at the headquarters of Haidian Social Security Center, Shangdi Work Department and Wanshou Road Work Department with the offer documents, statements and related materials.
(2) Changes in personal information
The contents of personal information changes that the insured unit can handle through the online declaration system include:

(three) the change of designated medical institutions
1. Insured units enter and change hospital information through the "Change Designated Medical Institutions" module in "Application Business Management".
2. Two hours after the insured unit submits the business, it can query the feedback results through the "declaration information status query" module in the "query management" of the online declaration system. After the change of designated medical institutions is successful, the insured unit does not need to go to the online business post to go through the change review procedures.

1. After the change of designated medical institutions is successful,
(1) Employees who already have social security cards do not need to go through any formalities at the online business post;
(2) For employees who have obtained the license, the insured units need to go to the headquarters of Haidian Social Security Center or the Shangdi Work Department and Wanshou Road Work Department to conduct business online (and take back the original license at the same time), so that employees can get medical treatment with certificates.
(3) Employees who still use the Beijing Medical Insurance Manual (original version) (without a license or social security card), the insured units need to bring the Beijing Social Insurance Personal Information Registration Form (in duplicate) with their signatures, photos and copies of their ID cards to the headquarters of Haidian Social Security Center or the online business declaration post of Shangdi and Wanshou Road Works Section to get the license.
2. When operating designated medical institutions to change their business, all designated medical institutions selected by the insured shall be completely entered, including unchanged items and changed items.
Four, online declaration of basic business operation matters needing attention:
1. The online application business is processed from 5 to 22 every month from 6: 00 to 22: 00.
2. The insured unit can only handle one business type for the same insured person through the online declaration system every day.
3. Insured units cannot apply for online declaration business during the overall trans-regional transfer of units.
4. When the online declaration business status is "Processing Successful or Processing Failed", it means that the business has been processed. When there is still business being processed (submitted for processing or being processed) before the social security settlement (25th) every month, all insured units are requested to go through relevant formalities at the headquarters of Haidian Social Security Center, Shangdi Work Department and Wanshou Road Work Department with the offer documents, statements and related materials before 25th of that month.
The third part of the wage payment declaration business
Insured units can apply for the annual wage payment declaration of their own units through the online declaration system through the "Declaration of Average Wage Income of Employees in Last Year" module in the "Declaration Business Management" from June 5438 to April 20 every year. Two hours after submitting the business, the company needs to check the feedback results through the "declaration information status query" module in the "query management" of the online declaration system. After the business feedback is successful, the insured units need to print out the Declaration Form of Average Wage Income of Employees in Beijing in the Last Year from March 5 to April 20 every year, affix the official seal, and submit it to the headquarters of Haidian Social Security Center or Shangdi Work Department and Wanshou Road Work Department for online business post declaration, and go through the formalities of salary payment audit.
Special instructions:
1.Employees who newly joined the insurance or transferred to the business in March need to enter the module of "Employee's Monthly Salary Income Declaration of Last Year" in April, and the new annual salary base will be approved for those who have successfully increased after the operation of the payment salary declaration business.
2. For the newly-added personnel in April, the newly-added employee base is used as the payment base of the new year, and it is not necessary to declare the payment salary.
