There is no way to recover the social security card after cancellation. However, we also need to note that if you cancel your social security card together with your account, you will have to re-open an account and apply for a new social security card after opening an account.

I suggest that you don't cancel your social security card at will. Even if I go to other cities because of job changes, I generally just need to transfer social security relations. There is no need to cancel your social security card.
