How to obtain social security vouchers

Legal analysis: the way for the insured to obtain their own insurance payment voucher: (1) Those who have applied for and received the social security card can print it with the social security card through the self-service inquiry machine; (2) Persons who are applying for or not applying for social security cards can print with the ID card self-service inquiry machine; (3) Those who have registered online can log in to the human resources and social security network to inquire and print; (4) According to the above three methods, it is impossible to obtain an insurance claim card.

Legal basis: People's Republic of China (PRC) Social Insurance Law.

Article 58 An employing unit shall, within 30 days from the date of employment, apply to the social insurance agency for social insurance registration for its employees. If the social insurance has not been registered, the social insurance agency shall verify the social insurance premium it should pay.

Employees-free individual industrial and commercial households who voluntarily participate in social insurance, part-time employees who do not participate in social insurance in the employing unit and other flexible employees shall apply to the social insurance agency for social insurance registration.

The state establishes a national unified personal social security number. Personal social security number is a citizen's identity number.

Article 59 People's governments at or above the county level shall strengthen the collection of social insurance premiums.

Social insurance premiums shall be uniformly collected, and the implementation steps and specific measures shall be stipulated by the State Council.
