Payment units refer to units that should pay social insurance premiums in accordance with relevant laws, administrative regulations and the provisions of the State Council, including state organs, institutions, social organizations, private non-enterprise units, various enterprises and individual economic organizations. The payer engaged in production and business operation shall apply to the local tax registration department for registration of social insurance payment within 30 days from the date of obtaining the business license, and the non-production and business operation unit shall apply to the local tax registration department within 30 days from the date of establishment.
