Can urban hukou be refunded for social security?

1. Yes, you can't give up your city account halfway. You can apply for surrender only if you die at the legal retirement age, live abroad and pay less than 15.

2. Urban hukou can apply for old-age insurance and transfer to the location of the hukou. If you don't transfer the money, the money will not be paid in vain. If you retire, you will surrender your insurance and receive the amount of your personal account.

3. For urban hukou, you can pay social security in an individual way at the place where the hukou is located, and go through the payment procedures at the local social security center with ID cards, household registration books and other materials. In the non-registered permanent residence, you can't pay social security yourself.
