4. The applicant shall complete the materials within 5 days from the date of receiving the Notice of Supplementary Materials. If no correction is made within the time limit, the application shall be withdrawn.

5. If the overdue materials are corrected, you can reapply within the validity period of Shenzhen medical insurance reimbursement.

6. If the verification process is correct, that is, the reimbursement application is completed, and the applicant can reimburse after receiving the medical expense reimbursement form of social medical insurance.
