What does the social security of work include?

The government forces all employers to participate in social insurance. I don't know where you come from. As long as employees in Shanghai are on the job, they must pay pension insurance, medical insurance, unemployment insurance and provident fund. The pension must be paid at least 15 years. According to the current regulations, men's retirement age is 60, and they can receive a pension after retirement until your death. You can't buy this if you want to, and you can't buy it if you don't want to. So there is no question of when to buy it. Where social security is also insufficient, it must be solved through commercial insurance. According to your present age, there is no need to buy your own commercial endowment insurance just because you have just started working. Medical commercial insurance should be considered more as a supplement to social medical insurance.
